Dr. James Fung received his undergraduate degree in Molecular Genetics from the University of Toronto and following that completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Fung is an experienced Pettibon practitioner with a special interest in sports medicine and spinal correction rehabilitation. He is a certified ScoliBrace and SEAS provider helping patients with scoliosis. He has completed his International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma (ICSSD) with Federation Internationale de Chiropratique du Sport. He is also a certified Trigenics practitioner and instructor. He co-developed Trigenics sport-specific augmentation programs for avid athletes, especially with competitive swimming, running and golfing. He is a certified Health Care Professionals Provider with Complete Concussion Management Inc. He is an advocate in First Aid / Safety training. He was a CPR instructor with Heart and Stroke Foundation, as well as an instructor with International Trauma Life Support program for many years. He continues to provide public lectures on Healthy Lifestyle and Stress Management. He is an honourary guest lecturer at Canadian Academy of Sport Nutrition. Dr. Fung enjoys travelling, sailing and outdoor activities. He spent a year travelling in Australia and working as chiropractor in different parts of the country. Dr. Fung has been in practice since 2001 and has been honoured as Best Chiropractor in the Etobicoke Guardian’s Reader’s Choice Awards from 2006-2015.

Dr. Ryan Milan ND graduated from the university of Western Ontario in 2009 with an honor specialization in Medical Sciences under the Schulich faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. He later went on to do his Masters in Physiology studying surgical approaches for knee replacements in patients suffering from Osteoarthritis. He completed his master’s program and the highly innovative Joint and Motion Program funded by the Canadian Institute of Health Research. For his research he received the Western Graduate Research Scholarship, Schulich Graduate Research Scholarship and Canadian Institute of Health Research Joint and Motion Program Bursary.

After completing his Naturopathic Program, he dedicated the focus of his practice in mid-life health with an emphasis on cardiovascular health, glandular and hormonal health, diabetes, and weight loss. As part of cardiovascular health, he has helped patients lower their blood pressure, cholesterol and improve peripheral circulation. To support patients with weight loss, he focuses on liver detox, regulating cortisol levels, improve insulin sensitivity and reduce gut inflammation. For auto-immune disorders he first identifies the cause of dysregulation followed by harmonizing the immune system and reducing inflammation.

In addition to his Naturopathic treatment, he received training and certification to perform and analyse Live Blood Cell Microscope to identify the cause inflammation, identify risk of heavy metal in the blood, and parasites. This diagnostic tool has been critical in identifying the root cause of metabolic dysregulation as seen with exercise resistant weight gain and chronic fatigue.

Ryan’s treatments focus on life-style modification, patient education, herbal and homeopathic interventions, nutritional and exercise guidance.

Dr. Ni Li (she/they) graduated from Tulane University in the US with a Master of Sciences degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. Due to a strong interest in body and mind medicine, she studied psychological counseling in China, and further gained her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from CCNM (Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine) and became a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario. She has a 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly practice and is very passionate about helping people achieve their full potential in health and life. Her practice focuses on:

Paul Lewis has been a Registered Acupuncturist and Osteopath for over 20 years in Ontario. He specializes in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Classical Osteopathy. Paul does both rehabilitation acupuncture, and wellness acupuncture including Cosmetic Acupuncture. Paul was educated at the University of Toronto in Political Science and History and went on to Graduate School to specialize in Public Policy and Administration. After graduating, he attended the New Earth College in Toronto to study Traditional Chinese Acupuncture and Chinese Therapeutics. Paul also studied acupressure, homeopathy, nutrition, and Reiki which earned him his Doctorate of Natural Medicine. He is also Clean Needle Technique certified. In practice, Paul has worked at various rehabilitation clinics, spas, and for 15 years, a leading rehabilitation hospital in Toronto. He has treated a variety of ailments including low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, knee pain, arthritis, issues of the spine, migraines, allergies, sports injuries, stress and anxiety, stroke rehabilitation, and fertility. Paul also performs non-surgical facelifts. As well as being registered with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO), Paul also belongs to The Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, the Examining Board of Natural Medicine Practitioners, The General Osteopathic Council of Ontario and the Canadian Alliance of Alternative Medicine. Andy, a RMT and R.Ac in Ontario, specializes in a variety of manual therapeutic techniques including Deep tissue massage, Sport massage, Swedish Massage, Acupoints massage, Acupuncture, Cupping, Gausha and Moxibustion, including Myofascial work, Trigger point therapy, Stretching, Joint play and Hydrotherapy skills, with relieving pain and dysfunction. He focuses such as Headache, Stiff Neck, Neck & Back pain, and Carpal tunnel Syndrome, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Stress, Digestive conditions, Fatigue and Insomnia Sciatica, and Stress-related ailments, along with Sports-related injuries, helping clients to improve daily function without limitation. Committed to ongoing education, Andy tailors treatments to individual needs, aiming to enhance muscle relaxation, Qi circulation, and joint mobility. His approach ensures clients receive the most beneficial treatment to achieve their health goals efficiently.

Satish Selvaraj is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. He completed his bachelor’s and master’s Program in Physiotherapy from TamilNadu Dr MGR Medical University. Before arriving in Canada Satish worked in an acute care setting in Orthopedic and Cardiac based units for more than 4 years providing acute care to different age groups. Satish has extensive experience in working in hospitals and private Physiotherapy clinics and has more than 5 years of experience in rehabilitation. His work has primarily focused on Neuromusculoskeletal and Orthopedic related injuries. His treatment plans are based on thorough assessment and focus on individual needs of a patient. He employs a range of therapeutic modalities in his practice including hands on manual techniques to restore normal joint and soft tissue function and neural mobility. Satish has acquired extensive knowledge and skill in both the assessment and treatment of Orthopedic Conditions and Sports Injuries. Working alongside various other professionals throughout his career, including Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Kinesiologists, and Chiropodists, has allowed him to productively integrate himself into a team approach to patient-centric rehabilitation. Satish is dedicated to educating the community in order to raise awareness of the importance of injury prevention and how physiotherapy can help in preventing potential Satish continues to improve upon his skills through continued education in post graduate courses that focus on evidence based and effective assessment and treatment techniques.

Rachel Adewoye is a physiotherapist and yoga instructor at Complete Balance Health Centre. She completed her masters in physical therapy at the University of Toronto and continued her education in manual therapy, acupuncture, and exercise therapy. Rachel has a special interest in treating people who have been diagnosed with acute and chronic neurological conditions such as multiples sclerosis, stroke, peripheral neuropathies and movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease. She has had wonderful opportunities to work in many different healthcare settings such as clinics, hospitals, home care and in academics. Rachel has a passion for yoga which started about 10 years ago and she loves using those principles and techniques to help people work towards optimal health and wellness.  When she isn't working, she can be found on her yoga mat, chasing after her 2 young daughters or with a good cup of coffee!

Michelle completed her Master Massage Therapy training certification in Tempe, Arizona, at the Southwest Institute for Healing Arts in 2013, where she received training in both massage techniques and other holistic modalities, with a primary focus on reflexology and cranial unwinding. She also received her yoga teacher training at the Spirit of Yoga in Tempe, Arizona in 2014. Michelle returned to Toronto and obtained her RMT in 2017. In keeping with her interest in nervous system function, fascia, and functional movement, and her commitment to ongoing training, she has received additional training in yin yoga, restorative yoga, cupping, and Graston. She also maintains a keep interest in lymphatic drainage and has completed Vodder Level I and Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage.
Over the last several years, Michelle has worked primarily in rehabilitative settings with clients with complex healthcare needs, including moderate to severe neurological impairments and complex orthopaedic injuries. She has worked with a wide array of clients, including athletes, children, and seniors.
Michelle offers massage treatments with a rehabilitative and therapeutic focus, and is committed to client education and empowerment through remedial exercise. With a wide array of skills to draw upon, Michelle is committed to supporting you achieve your wellness goals.

Dr. Gloria Fiati is a registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. I obtained a PHD in Psychology from the University of Toronto and postdoctoral training in Clinical Psychology from York University. I taught College in Alberta, at a University in Nigeria and at York and Ryerson Universities in Toronto. I am currently professor emeritus with Ryerson University where I taught for over twenty-five years. I am the CEO of Counseling and Psychological Services of Metropolitan Toronto and have been providing psychological assessment and treatment to members of communities in the GTA and beyond, for more than 25 years. I served for several years as the resident psychologist at the Sarnia-Lambton Centre for Children and Youth where I supervised a multidisciplinary team providing developmental and psychological assessments and treatment. I currently work in rehabilitation psychology and have over 30 years of experience working with children, individuals, couples and families.

Arshdeep is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed a Master's in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in December 2022. She provides a culture-sensitive, collaborative, integrative, and holistic approach to counselling, keeping in mind the biological, social, and psychological wellness of clients. She works with clients from different backgrounds, providing unique treatment approaches applicable to each client. Some of the approaches she uses include cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused techniques, narrative therapy, and client-centered approaches, in combination with psychoeducation. Her work experience includes treating problems such as anxiety, depression, work-life balance issues, life transition issues, and relationship problems. She also has experience and knowledge performing motor vehicle accident and short-term disability treatment plans. As an individual belonging to the South Asian community, she also provides counseling services in Hindi and Punjabi, in addition to English.

Ebby graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, Ontario. Osteopathy focuses on facilitating the health of joints and muscles through non-invasive manual therapy, helping to strengthen the framework of the body, and acts as a complementary therapy alongside conventional medicine. By working with the interrelated systems and functions of the human body, manual osteopathic therapy can return the body to normal health so it can self-heal and self-regulate. Ebby is a new mom and loves spending time with her little girl, along with her extended family and her dog. She is an empathetic and assiduous individual who always puts our patient’s well-being first.

Justyn graduated from the undergraduate physiotherapist program at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has decided to bring his talent to Toronto this year. He believes that manual therapy and exercise are the most important elements of an effective treatment program. With extensive communication with the patients, he is able to provide dedicated care and restore physical function in their daily lives.
