Dr. James Fung received his undergraduate degree in Molecular Genetics from the University of Toronto and following that completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.
Dr. Fung is an experienced Pettibon practitioner with a special interest in sports medicine and spinal correction rehabilitation. He is a certified ScoliBrace and SEAS provider helping patients with scoliosis. He has completed his International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma (ICSSD) with Federation Internationale de Chiropratique du Sport. He is also a certified Trigenics practitioner and instructor. He co-developed Trigenics sport-specific augmentation programs for avid athletes, especially with competitive swimming, running and golfing. He is a certified Health Care Professionals Provider with Complete Concussion Management Inc.
He is an advocate in First Aid / Safety training. He was a CPR instructor with Heart and Stroke Foundation, as well as an instructor with International Trauma Life Support program for many years. He continues to provide public lectures on Healthy Lifestyle and Stress Management. He is an honourary guest lecturer at Canadian Academy of Sport Nutrition.
Dr. Fung enjoys travelling, sailing and outdoor activities. He spent a year travelling in Australia and working as chiropractor in different parts of the country.
Dr. Fung has been in practice since 2001 and has been honoured as Best Chiropractor in the Etobicoke Guardian’s Reader’s Choice Awards from 2006-2015.

Dr. Stacy Cootauco runs a general practice with a special interest in digestive dysfunction, mood and hormonal imbalance, neurological and autoimmune conditions, chronic pain and inflammatory conditions, and the use of anti-aging disease-preventative strategies for longer healthier living.
Dr. Stacy completed the Physiology Specialist undergraduate degree program at the University of Toronto, followed by the post-graduate naturopathic program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2007. Soon after, she obtained certification at the Institute of Functional Medicine in the U.S. in the Clinical Application of Functional Medicine, and underwent further training in genetic testing. She moved on to complete the 5-year post-graduate osteopathic program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in 2018.
She now combines her naturopathic and osteopathic knowledge to determine the primary contributors to illness and to develop plans that address the metabolic and structural imbalances that impede healing.
Dr. Stacy is passionate about healthy eating and all forms of movement, including endurance and strength training, martial arts, yoga, and dance. Her ultimate joy is to help others achieve greater health, so they can live life to its fullest.
Caroline is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac) and Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner (R.TCMP). She graduated from the Toronto School of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the top schools in Ontario with an Advanced Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has taken the Contemporary (Neurofunctional) Acupuncture Course through McMaster University, which focuses on relieving pain through stimulating the nervous system using leading acupuncture techniques.
With these backgrounds, Caroline treats a wide variety of conditions including acute and chronic pain of all types (sports injury, headaches and migraines, degenerative conditions, autoimmune pain, post-herpetic neuralgia, painful periods) as well as fertility, gynecological concerns, digestive issues, constipation, stress, allergies, low immune system, and fatigue, just to name a few.
Caroline’s organizational and analytical skills were noticed early in her traditional Chinese medicine studies, as a result she has worked with multiple teachers writing and editing journal articles and textbooks. She is the former blogger at The Canadian Gynecology Institute of Chinese Medicine.

Robert is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). He is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. He has been practicing in Toronto for over 25 years.
Robert uses a variety of Swedish massage techniques. He specializes in deep tissue massage therapy. He has extensive experience treating clients with a wide range of goals, including athletes and expecting mothers.
Robert enjoys fishing and leading an active outdoor lifestyle.
Azra is a graduate of Sutherland Chan School of massage therapy and a certified Reflexologist with Reiki level 2 training. Her approach to therapy involves a good balance of relaxation and therapeutic techniques and it is focused on specific treatment of client’s complaint.
Azra is experienced in a variety techniques and modalities including traditional Swedish technique, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques, active and passive stretching and joint mobilizations.
Her treatment is tailored to the individual using light to deep pressure depending upon the client’s need and preference.
Azra is a caring and compassionate person who has dedicated many hours to volunteering in hospices and woman shelters.
She is of European background, holds a bachelor degree in communications, mother of two boys and a girl and is passionate about swimming and dancing.
Arshdeep is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She completed a Master's in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in December 2022. She provides a culture-sensitive, collaborative, integrative, and holistic approach to counselling, keeping in mind the biological, social, and psychological wellness of clients. She works with clients from different backgrounds, providing unique treatment approaches applicable to each client. Some of the approaches she uses include cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused techniques, narrative therapy, and client-centered approaches, in combination with psychoeducation.
Her work experience includes treating problems such as anxiety, depression, work-life balance issues, life transition issues, and relationship problems. She also has experience and knowledge performing motor vehicle accident and short-term disability treatment plans. As an individual belonging to the South Asian community, she also provides counseling services in Hindi and Punjabi, in addition to English.
Alcina is a registered physiotherapy resident. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of Toronto and pursued her Masters of Physiotherapy abroad at Robert Gordon University in the United Kingdom. She spent a year working as a rotational physiotherapist for the NHS in stroke rehab, outpatient musculoskeletal clinics and in community hospitals before returning home to Toronto as a physiotherapy resident.
She has worked with athletes, post-surgery patients, those with neurological conditions, the elderly and chronic pain patients to helped them return to more active and healthier lives.
Currently, Alcina is continuing her professional education in pelvic health and has completed the level 1 and level 2 pelvic floor physiotherapy courses with Pelvic Health Solutions to help those struggling with bladder and bowel incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic floor dysfunction.
Lisa Do graduated with a degree from the University of Waterloo in Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours Kinesiology and is continuously furthering her studies in the health field to provide the best possible service.
Lisa is an experienced therapist with special interest in scoliosis and concussion rehabilitation. She is certified in the Scientific Exercises Approach to Scoliosis (SEAS 1) helping patients with scoliosis using specific exercises tailored to each person and their needs in a one-on-one training program. She also attended several seminars with keen knowledge of concussion-related methodology and rehab techniques.
Lisa is passionate about physical fitness and health, providing personal training opportunities to those who wish to maintain an active healthy lifestyle. With an overflowing amount of energy, she loves challenging and encouraging her patients to reach their health goals and become a pillar of support throughout their process.

Yaroslav Tarasevych received his Chiropody License after graduating from the Michener Institute of Health Education. He also received a bachelor’s and Master’s in Biomedical sciences from the University of Guelph. He is practicing in multiple locations, including Mississauga, Guelph, Bradford, and now Etobicoke!
Since graduation from Michener, Yaroslav went straight into the private sector and has been dealing with various foot pathologies including fungi, warts, gross nails, and neuromas, as well as biomechanical issues which required orthotics and orthopedic shoes. He also has alternatives such as padding and strapping, insole modifications, and in-toe silicon wedges.
Yaroslav has all his tools on the go and can make home visits if necessary. He is registered as a chiropodist with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario.
Martin holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University.
Martin Hui is a health science professional with a proven track record in achieving lifestyle changing results for clients he served. As a certified personal trainer from CanFitPro organization and a nutrition coach, Martin focuses on functional and sport training. Martin has experience in designing lifestyle-based fitness programs customized to his client’s individual needs. He also have experience in doing stretching and soft tissue therapy on his clients. On his spare time, Martin enjoys playing tennis and golf in the summer, skiing/snowboarding in the winter and listening to music.
Martin has experience working in the rehabilitative settings and have worked alongside with other healthcare professionals and am excited to be part of the Complete Balance Health Centre team.
Rose grew up in Winnipeg Manitoba where she became skilled market research interviewer for 3+ years at a Global research company. With the long-term experience, her pursuit in expanding her client/costumer service skills had landed an opportunity to work as an associate for a financial institution located in downtown Toronto and served for 2 years. During this spontaneous time, the search for rather meaningful and a purposeful life continued, and with a curious mind, she then found an interest in health care.
She started to work as front desk reception at another Chiropractic and wellness clinic in 2015 and was trained in various areas such as direct billing to Extended Health Insurance companies, assisted in submitting invoices and treatment plans for car accident benefits to car insurances and WSIB claims, coordination of benefits, appointment booking, and so much more! Throughout this journey, her views for health had completely evolved and with this great opportunity, onsite experience, this also shifted her direction to value her health and find solution for her chronic pain.
She had been suffering from Migraine and the reliance to certain medication and prescription drugs became natural regime at a very young age and were taught to her as the primary solution. What became important to her is seeking the most natural way for permanent and preventative solution. Being in this industry and its values in creating and maintaining healthy balance, she continues to get the care she needed from Chiropractic treatments, osteopathic approach, and proper nutrition through extensive assessment from Naturopathic direction and pain relief through Acupuncture care. She gained 4+ years as front desk reception and being part of Complete Balance Health as now Clinic Manager, she’s determined to spread the positive experience, share her knowledge, provide necessary training and support to staff, and practitioners, importantly to serve our patients and the community with transparency, and lend extra hand for your health care needs.
Siddhi graduated with a degree from the University of Sumandeep Vidyapeeth (Gujarat, India) in Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT). She is also a graduate of Seneca College, Toronto in Fitness and Health Promotion(FHP). She has worked in a variety of settings, encompassing clinical, teaching and research. She is currently preparing for the Physiotherapy Competency Exam (PCE) and soon will be practicing as a Resident Physiotherapist.
When asked why she chose her current profession, Siddhi replied, “I enjoy helping people of all ages suffering from injury, illness or disability and If I can have an impact on a person’s overall health, happiness and ability to live their life to the fullest then I am truly satisfied.”
She has taken additional coursework in Trigenics and plans to continue adding to her skillset throughout her career. She practices a patient-centered approach to treatment, with a strong emphasis on therapeutic exercise, postural/core stability, functional manual therapy, movement training, patient education and empowerment.
Outside of work, Siddhi indulges in such activities as swimming, hiking, reading, writing and spending time with friends and family.
Miles graduated from York University Kine Program earning after spending the first two years of his degree playing hockey for Rochester College, in Michigan. He has recently completed his certification with CCMI in concussion management. Using his education, and experience, he supports those with concussions (mTBI) from athletics and motor vehicles accidents.
Miles continues to grow his knowledge base through courses in areas of Functional Neurology, Telehealth and Concussion Management. You may also find him coaching hockey players or keeping them safe during games as their team trainer. If he isn’t working, you’ll likely spot him on golf course dedicated to optimizing his mental and physical performance, as well as his score.

I obtained a PHD in Psychology from the University of Toronto and postdoctoral training
in Clinical Psychology from York University. I taught College in Alberta, at a University
in Nigeria and at York and Ryerson Universities in Toronto. I am currently professor
emeritus with Ryerson University where I taught for over twenty-five years. I am the
CEO of Counseling and Psychological Services of Metropolitan Toronto and have been
providing psychological assessment and treatment to members of communities in the
GTA and beyond, for more than 25 years. I served for several years as the resident
psychologist at the Sarnia-Lambton Centre for Children and Youth where I supervised a
multidisciplinary team providing developmental and psychological assessments and
treatment. I currently work in rehabilitation psychology and have over 30 years of
experience working with children, individuals, couples and families.
