She uses play and story-telling to aid young minds in recognizing and expressing their thoughts, feelings and emotions. Through understanding their thoughts, feeling and emotions children can begin to articulate their feelings, anxieties, manage their behaviours and overcome attachment issues.  She works closely with families and care givers and integrates them in the therapeutic process.
